There is nothing to install,the same trick i write in the other place but was in the "quote post"so i decide to write new post
for that thing,many members agree that work well:
To speed up ur symbian phone just shut down the phone and hold the "pen" key down,than power on also hold the pen key,when the power is on just release the pen key.Fork fine i tested on 6681 but should work on every symbian fone.
(if u have instaled app manager on ur symbian can check how much memory is free before the process,and than check free mem.in app mang.after the process u will see the difference)this is used when the phone memory is too low but u want to play some game but ur fone say "memory low,please close other applications and restart the game".

Do it step by step(if u dont believe first install app man on ur symbian-nokia device)
1.Run ur memory manager(app man or similar) and remember how much rom memory u have free in the device,than close app manager.
2.On standby screen hold down the pen key.
3.Turn off device with the pencil key pressed(not restart)
4.After 5 sec. Turn on your device also holding down the pen key.
5.Than enter the pin code but still hold down the pen key(if its difficult to enter numbers with holding the pen key than turn off the pin code)
6.When the device is on just release the pen key and open app manager-or similar and check how much rom memory u have free now!!!
7.DO NOT run other application before u see the difference with app man(memory manager)
I tested on: 3650,6600,7610,6670,6630,6681,n70,n73.
99,9 % sure that will work on every symbian s60 v2,v3 model.
